Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any PC you purchase from ZORTEK TECHNOLOGIES, a brand of TORRS PUBLISHING LLC (Cutler Bay, South Florida). By using the site or ordering a build, you agree to them.

Our builds

Every machine is hand-assembled and stress-tested to order. No two are exactly alike. Specs, components, and finishes can be tailored, and we'll confirm the exact configuration with you in writing before any sale.

Pricing & estimates

Prices on the site — including any shown as an estimate (“≈”) or for a build that's still “on the bench” — are starting points, not binding offers. Component costs move, especially memory and storage. The final price is the one we confirm with you directly before you buy.

Orders & payment

Orders are arranged directly with us by email or message — we'll agree on the build, price, payment, and handoff or shipping before work begins. Builds shown “on the bench” are in progress and can be reserved.

One-year repair warranty

We don't sell a product/replacement warranty — we back the build with a one-year repair warranty. Free labor for a full year — you only ever pay for the parts. If something fails within the first year, bring it back and we fix the labor for free — you only cover the cost of any replacement part. And every component we remove is yours to keep: any part that's swapped out or that failed comes back to you, so you always see exactly what was changed — we never keep your old parts. This covers normal use; it doesn't cover accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modification, or fair wear. Component manufacturers' own warranties also apply.

Photos & renders

Photos labeled as real builds are actual machines we assembled. Where a page shows a component product image or case render rather than a finished-machine photo, it's labeled as such. We don't pass renders off as finished builds.

Liability

We stand behind our work, but to the fullest extent allowed by law, TORRS PUBLISHING LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as data loss or lost time). Back up your data before any service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
